It is a new year, in a new decade and new options, choices and growth for us all.
As we get into 2020 most of us will, if we haven't already, set out our goals for the year and work out how to obtain those goals. Looking back at 2019 can be athe greatest method of accommplishing this. Decide if you don't already know, what is the main thing you want to accomplish in 2020?
If you didn't set goals for 2019 you can still do it. By brainstorming what your most postive thing was and most negitive thing was and doing the same for everythin you can remember you can have a set of goals, accomplishments and things to work on.
You may have accomplished picking a niche, developing a website, writting some content and publishing it. You may still have many things to work on like affiliate marketing, social media and SEO. This will give you a very good basis to work from.
Next make two coloums on a piece of paper. In the first put down the above items in point form. In the next coloum put down how you will add to that this year. That is what becomes your goal. You continue on like this until all your points have been done.
Now, you are not done yet.
The next step is where you get to dream big!!!
On a piece of paper you will write down anything and everything that comes into your brain as you think about your website, where you want to go , how to make money from it, how to make it user friendly and so on and so on.
This will give you the ideas to put goals and ideas on paper that will help you reach your main goal. These ideas are your work sheet for the year.
What I do next is take each of these and break them down into quarters so that I have a plan of action over four quarters to get to my year goals.
From taking the quarter goals you break them down further into months of which there is 3 in each quarter. This gives you an action plan month by month and quarter to quarter to your main goasl for the year.
This helps keep things on track because you can do a quick review at the end of each month to see if you are on track or needto make adjustments.
The biggest thing to remember is "THIS IS GUIDE THAT IS NOT WRITTEN IN STONE" Changes and adjustments may be necessary so make them and keep going.
