Is your WHY strong enough? I bet not.
One of my online mentors, Cody Butler, said in one of his training videos,
"If your family was taken away from you and you were given one year to make a million dollars from scratch, or you would never see them again, would you make it"?
Now my obvious answer to that was a resounding "YES"
However, sitting here now not being able to write a word for my first website blog post leads me to question whether my WHY is indeed strong enough. So much so that I have to write this post to try to G myself up and make progress.
I don't know that if, God forbid I was to be put into that situation, whether I would be able to save my family, but it begs the question...
How strong is my WHY?
I have literally just written a post about family and goals then blanked out. HAHA. So, what ever you think about this post, it is working.
Let me know how strong your Why is and what it is.

Unfortunately for me--if I wasn't able to generate that Million the right way, there is always a WRONG way, especially if my family's lives were at stake! Great post!

It's not your WHY that matters here... It's the presentation of that story.
Advertising is simple... Can you tell the right story to the right target audience that is relevant and will stir up their emotions enough to buy?
When the story is that elaborate (my family is doomed without the ransom) you need to prove your case with evidence.
Your WHY, on the other hand, is what will inspire you to do the work. And the work in the case of internet marketing is testing, changing, testing, changing again and testing again.
Reward your "work" with incentives and your why can be as basic as I want to make a little more money.
And then keep asking why until you find the use of that little more money.
Yes, it was about the story, his presentation was designed to Shock with maximum effect. Elaborate yes, but when you're dealing with $10,000 mastermind potentials you need that kind of shock value.
It resonated with me even though the concept is absurd and unrealistic.
