Same as you. i think most peoples hardest challenge is getting used to being the boss and all that comes with it.
I would agree with you. the three months I spent here in 2013 were very helter skelter.... A lot of hard work, but no organization with my time. Started using my weekly plan sheet with the turn of the new year and that has helped me a lot.
