Lots of Work but Tons of Fun

So, today as I take stock of my website, I find that I have five awesome posts, my site is looking "pretty good," I have been indexed by Google and I have seventeen comments on my posts. I'm feeling pretty good about that!

However, I still see lots of room for improvement on my site. I want to try and correct a few things and then put the site up for review. I know, I probably should do it without the minor things I see that need correcting but I would like the site to be as close to my personal best before asking for feedback.

What a journey these past few weeks have been for me. If someone had told me I would have accomplished so much in such a short period, I would not have believed it. I am learning so much from all the folks who have been around for a while and I am now feeling capable of answering a few questions that newcomers ask. I hope to become more helpful over time.

My overall time here at Wealthy Affiliates has been good and is getting better. I tend to want to work through problems on my own and do, for the most part, but it is comforting to know that I have a whole community of people who stand ready to help. I have called on you many times and I will continue to do so.

My goal is to have a site that is interesting, informative, well written and on the first page of Google within the next six months. I have set several goals for writing to keep my content updated so as to make that happen.

Lastly, thanks to everyone here at Wealthy Affiliates. It is a pleasure to work with such a great group of people. A very special thanks to Alan Roy Hocking. I appreciate your help more than you know.
