No need to forward this ticket. I found the answer elsewhere. It seems you have to click on the Upgrade at the bottom of the lite column in order to access Jaxxy from within WA. It is not especially intuitive to do it this way, but it worked for me, so helpful this may help others who have the same problem.
I am a premium member. Jaxxy will NOT connect from WA site. No matter what I do, it the page to upgrade is the only thing that comes up. I was going to ask for help from Jaxx
