87 Comment Approval Rate
I have an 87% Comment approval rate, with only 7 comments made that were disapproved for various reasons, from, my comment not making sense to if I don't know anything about the topic why did I waste my time to comment... (kind of rude but it's cool), I bet they wouldn't say those things to my face though. No joke, anyways...
I USED to use the Site Comment/Feedback Section of WA, but, I have exhausted my frustrations in trying to obtain comments to my websites and "wasting my time" commenting on unappreciative people's websites, just to give them an opportunity to offend me in anyway or for Other various reasons mostly to waste my time with weird folks.
I accept that I may not have the "perfect" words but I do have pride and it's not displaced either. I am not perfect either, but I Do know the difference when someone is being a jerk from when they're being genuinely honest. So I'm staying away from Site Comment. I will get comments on my sites elsewhere. And yes, I fixed my sites comment sections. They've been working fine for a few days now, and people outside of WA are beginning to make themselves known to me by leaving comments.
I am grateful to those of you whom have been generous with your comments and feedback to my websites thus far however. You have been the light that gave me the energy that I needed to become as successful as I am "growing" and becoming. To You, I say Thanks & continue to wish you all the best of luck in all that you set out to do!

Problem is, Linda, that if you shy away from getting comments, you won't get any constructive ones either.
If comments are critical but honest and not abusive, we should embrace and accept them.
If they are clearly not to an acceptable standard of behaviour, just delete them like junk e-mail and move on.
You're too good to let this adversely affect your progress.

I agree 100%. There's no further issue regarding that, besides, I'm not the one who's not beneifiting, it's the people who recieve comments but "don't " want them on their website.
They don't want an honest comment, (from a person that has experience with their product or something very similar to the product), only to share an experience to that the article brought to memory then to finally say "that I wish that I knew about this product beforehand."
I don't think that there's anythingredients wrong with that. In fact, I think that a comment like that would bring some type of discussion, but instead gets disapproved? Because it doesn't make sense to the website owners.
All I have to say about that is "oh-well" And Hahaha, :D and keep a pushing. Onwards and upwards. I'm proud that I have an 87% Comment approval. That means out of 94 comments that I made, ONLY 7 got "dis-approved" for similar reasons. It's cool though. It's just a funny situation, and I continue to be grateful to be here. Real talk! :)

Yes, it's all good though, because I'm just going to continue to move forward and not contend with that form of negativity. Especially when I know that my comment on two particular attempts were Not negative they were in support of the websites and provided encouragement you press onwards. To be told that, THAT doesn't make sense is well, quite rude and not at all helpful on that members part, to become hostile at any point is uncalled for. So I'll just leaving it alone.
The one that I commented on was about diapers... I'm a grandmither, If ANYONE knows about diapers, if a grandmother... I felt completely out of place, being told that my comment didn't make any sense, Lol. I Know that the person just DIDN'T want my comment on their Web page. That's cool too. Lol. No big deal... It's actually funny to me because it just let me know for sure that people will Discriminate regardless of the setting. At 48 years old and being from Canada, I have never actually "felt" discrimination until recently, and I'm not in the market for throwing around petty insults to my fellow human beings. :)
I will continue to wish the best for everyone, that is just my state of being. :)

I understand you perfectly. In two causes I realize that I need to go back and reread the article again, But somehow I get the impression that everything said must be good. But life is not all good. By the way where does one see the approval rate? Thanks
Ok, when you click on Siterubix- Build Your Site Here, (the blue sign in the left of the WA dashboard), you will see a list of options. Two of the options say "comments", click on that and your statistics should show up in a "colored" circle at the top of the screen.

I hear you Linda.
