It's a link that points back to somebody else's blog. Did you reciprocate articles with another blogger?

Essentially, someone is commenting on your content, but on their own blog to create traffic for themselves.

It came back to my blog post. I put it on here at first and the link went back to my own post.
No I haven't reciprocated articles with anyone, not far enough along to even know how to do that.

Okay. Then just Spam it. It happens sometimes, like everywhere, that junk gets through.

I thought it was spam at first but then I manged to open it for a look by clicking on Edit.
Did add it but had to remove it as it was an actual link to one of my blog posts.
It's a mystery how it got there though.

I clicked on Edit too and it looked the same and since it was not approved, whatever it was, did not show in the post. I had a 1 Highlighted Red in the comments column and it was in every comment on that post. When I marked it as Spam, all of the REd Highlighted 1's disappeared.
