The only difference between the two is the niche - the Bootcamp is in the make money niche as you are promoting the WA. The certification course is a niche of your choosing. You will find many similarities in the courses.
Its really up to you and how you want to learn. Both courses show a little different way to start, grow and promote your business. I went through the certification course first then started the affiliate Bootcamp right after. Definitely go through both, but what order is up to you. :)

The plugin 'subtitles' should be activated or dismissed? This keeps showing up on the back office of my website.
If you don't have a use for it then delete it. Personally, I can't see any good reason for having it https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-subtitle/

I would have if I knew better just start with the Bootcamp.
