If you want a real answer, you could contact Carson as he is the scripting guru (and one of the owners) here at WA.

Be sure to select "Report Content" so that you will receive a blank textbox that is clearly labeled "Contact Kyle or Carson" and that way your message will go directly to Carson rather than to the community where we can only continue to guess why this happened.

They told me to deinstall the Duplicator plugin, however, it was not installed. I did use it to transfer my websites to WA. So no real answer from support. I've cleaned up the directory structure and will monitor the websites over the next few weeks.

Is it just me or does anyone else find that their websites are being deleted from the WA servers on a regular basis? I can find no reason for this. I just have to keep asking s
We do not delete websites, ever without your consent or acknowledging it. We do disable your websites after 30 days after you quit, and we delete websites off our servers after 6 months being away.
If you ever find a website has gone missing (and it hasn't been part of these two use cases), please report it immediately to our SiteSupport team and they will investigate this.

Thanks a lot for your input. It’s strange I have 3 websites all with the same configuration, plugins, themes etc. but only 2 are ever removed. As I can’t access them, even with FTP I’m not sure if it is only the database that is deleted or the wp-config.php that becomes corrupted. Support are aware and I am monitoring.

Kyle, looks like both of my websites had been hacked. Malicious code had been injected into the theme head.php file. Support have been informed and hopefully they can determine how this happened.
Kyle, it's happened again !!!!! I've checked with FTP and the entire Wordpress installation has been deleted.
I have asked support to help, however, this is a major issue that needs to be resolved.

This tutorial video: https://youtu.be/dh1dGq3YopU though laden with ads (sorry about that) is the best option I could find to show you the steps to take in editing a WordPress user's profile.
If you STILL have issues ... and you're certain you have not skipped a step, then I would highly recommend you contact SiteSupport, https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/support explaining in detail the steps you have taken AND the EXACT wording of ANY prompts you see.

Over the last few weeks, my Amazon affiliate sales have almost dried up and this is despite a reasonable level of traffic. I have found by searching on Google that others have
Summer season brings less sales. Middle of August starts a new shopping season, especially for families.
I have not noticed a drop in affiliate sales, although I don't promote Amazon. I guess it could have something to do with the time of year. I don't know what kind of products you are promoting but I know a lot of people are very focused on the summer holidays. could be that people are just spending their money in other areas.

Yes, I'm promoting a book, that's shipped by a local store, i.e. from amazon.de. But for me no problem, since on the affiliate link opens the connection to the local store. I'm still profiting from the sale.
