First sale leaves me feeling giddy
So I have finally done it. I've made a sale and while it may not be a very big sale, In all honesty the product was only around 20 dollars, which will give me about a dollar, but it was still a sale. It leaves me feeling ecstatic. The best part is it wasn't even a product I was promoting or blogging about. Someone just happened to follow through an amazon link that i placed on my website and purchase it. It's a breath of fresh air when you truly see hard work pay off and while this one sale may not amount to much it is definitely the revitalization that i needed to renew my enthusiasm about making money online. I needed it. I'm coming up on my second month of working on this and was starting to get slightly frustrated. I can honestly say there seems to be a brick wall that I have been hitting, but I keep pushing myself to continue and persevere through the hard times of learning and adjusting. Another Thing to be happy about for myself is that I'm seeing 30% traffic from google instead of just direct traffic.
Thanks for reading
Josh

Hey congrats. That's a definite validation that the training here works. Now that you have a taste of it just keep doing what you're doing.
Even when I sell a 99 cent Kindle book, I get excited! If you can 1, you can do 100 and then you can do 1000.
Well done, Josh. I long for a bit of that giddiness myself. Can't seem to get anyone to find my site. Heck, I can only find it because i know the URL, lol. Keep it up.

If only I could brand my website, I would get more visitors since I come up on the first page when I type my websites name in. I'm sure that will be helpful when I have a legion of visitors :)
Hey Josh,
Congrats on the first sale! This is a big accomplishment and one of many to come for you. In the first few months of getting started folks are doing a lot of learning, and building. A website does not get ranked overnight so I'm glad you are sticking with things.
Awesome to hear that you are already getting traffic from Google too, and not just a little, 30% of it! This means that Google likes your content and thinks it's helpful.
Keep on publishing and increasing those rankings because you are well on your way to seeing many more sales :)

It's all about finding the motivation. Getting off of work, doing college work and trying to squeeze in affiliate marketing is rather cumbersome, the only thought in my head is its not forever.
Thanks for the words of encouragement!
