It comes from an internal mentality that makes you decide to worry about your own happiness and the joy that is brought to you in making others happy. You start to spread a good vibe that becomes contagious. Once it becomes contagious, it keeps spreading to not only the people that you come in contact, but also the people that come in contact within your sphere of influence. If everyone made this a personal choice, it would eliminate many of the issues that we have in society which include greed, jealousy, stealing, and hatred. What a wonderful world it would be!!!

I apologise for pointing out the negative connotations of the word ‘worrying’. Deciding ‘to worry about your own happiness’ is counterproductive (albeit what many people might do). I would suggest that ‘worrying’ about anything is not helpful.
So in my mind I re-phrase that sentence to read:
“It comes from an internal mentality where you decide to focus on your own happiness.. etc”.
