Is there any chance to recover my websites, that my have been deleted for about 3 months?

Site support backups are available for 60 days.
Yup, I get that. Hopefully, they have a cached copy. In the future, you may want to keep backups of your websites. You may ask the site support team for those.

As I'm not comfortable working with "codes", I would like to know if there's another/safer way to change the header of the Hiero Theme.

Log in to your website, go to dashboard > Appearance > Customize. From customize, click Site title & Tagline, you can change your title or tagline then click Saved. Hope this helps.

Sorry for not being clear enough; - In fact, what I do not like about the Hiero Theme, is the Big Black Bar. I noted that you are keeping it on your Website. Should you know how to replace it by "White" of picture, please let me know.

I joined one week ago, and so far I did not migrate to Premium Membership. I was trying to figure out which “Build List Program” is being used by WA users, and something curious

Basing on the importance that people are putting on Autoresponders, it sounds strange to me not to see this king of resource on some to the WA Members Website.
I’m happy to have posted this question, cause your reply and great advices probably saved me a lot of work and frustration as well. In fact, using Autoresponders is one of the first thing the so called Gurus are teaching out there.
I cannot Thank You enough.

I would suggest learning how to build your website and get traffic first before wasting your money on an autoresponder.
I completely agree. You will know when you are ready to consider building a list. First , you need an audience and consistent traffic. At that point you can start considering building a list through platforms like aweber.com or getresponse.com.
First, audience. Second, monetization of that audience (which can happen in many different ways).
