Wealthy Affiliate Site Support - Pure Magic
A huge THANK YOU to Wealthy Affiliate Site Support for helping me transfer a domain this week for a client (a Non-Profit Organisation I worked for last year).
One of the hidden treasures of Wealthy Affiliate is their TOP NOTCH SITE SUPPORT.
I buy all my domains at Wealthy Affiliate and host all my sites here and I can't see why I would ever want to go anywhere else. Wealthy Affiliate offers all the bells and whistles for a fraction of the cost of other providers.
I seldom have to call on Site Support because Wealthy Affiliate's hosting is so professional that everything runs smoothly on my domains, without very little intervention.
On the odd occasion when I do need assistance, the reply from Site Support is always quick, friendly and efficient.
In a situation like this, I take great pride in being able to go back to a client and say, "all sorted".

I did the same thing also for a Non-Profit that I am a volunteer for...we direct Senior Citizens to various agencies that provide support. Site Support was on target in helping me get that agency's domain transferred to WA. My hat is off to them and all that they do.
Whenever I submit a ticket, I'll receive an email to my phone within minutes, notifying me that they've responded 👍

I've dealt with site support a few times over the past few years. It's totally amazing how fast they fix a problem. Like you, I also buy my domains & host my sites here. I definitely would never change. I agree, these people are TOP NOTCH. We're lucky to have them.
