It's Monday Morning! (for some of us)... I know for some of you it may already be Monday evening and for others, Monday may not have even started.

Helpful Tip:
It's really worth recording your favourite affirmations on your phone in your own voice.
Replay them back to yourself when you're driving, waiting for your computer to start up, cooking, hanging up laundry or whatever... any reasonably quiet activity that would usually be "dead" or wasted time.
Why not feed your mind and spirit while you're doing those necessary but rather boring, repetitive daily tasks?
