Redemption song!
Recently I have been made to wonder how many of you out there; who have been connecting with WA and other associate programs. Remember the days of EBay, Antique shops and the Great Recession of 2008?
The Recession of 2008 (also called the Recession of the late 2000s or the Great Recession) was a major worldwide economic downturn that began in 2008 and continued into 2010 and beyond. It was caused by the Financial Crisis of 2008; it was by far the worst recession since the Great Depression of the 1930s. The worldwide recession hit bottom in December 2009; however after five years there were few signs that the American economy started moving upward again. Five million of the 8 million jobs lost[1] did not return - despite an increase in population of 10 million over the same span of time covering President Barack Obama's first term.
Can you imagine I am a survivor of that Recession? Somewhere through all of my notes it dawned on me that no one could give me answers because well it was such a great force when it came, it saw, it conquered and when it was over; like any other storm you are made to pick up the pieces.
A lot of my friends say the dankest things, like "Well I am optimistic because of where I live and the resources available to me." I want to puke after they say this. "Have you not been listening to me, "I survived a Recession with nothing and nothing has changed and it is going to get worse and my education or tack is not ready for what is to come and neither are you unless you are willing to put family first."
I did not do that the first time and I have this story to tell. Everyone thinks because I am young in the face that I never went through anything. I have been made to bow my face to ground of green grass that is at my feet everyday not because I finally have a job or some form of employment or what not, but because I have this chance at Redemption and I don't want to mess it up by not using it for what it is meant for.
How many of you are still wondering about your College Debt! I have a solution for that and guess what, it comes with a foreknowledge about markets and money! Don't you dare believe that filth they are passing along about free college. (That will never exist!) It was not free for your Baby Booming Parents nor for The GEN X'ers nor For GEN Y'ers nor for my sons GEN Z'ers. Nothing in life is Free! What is Free is the opportunity to make things right after you have taken the time to think about it.
When I was in college I took every Refund Check and put it back into my school. That is all it takes to make sure you are not 60,000 in the whole while attending a 40,000 tuition rust bucket of a college. Now my credit is still secured and my banking, though all banking overall is in the slump, I can manage if I wish.
The things that go unseen are the real answers to life's dream. Taking things in stride and holding to our moral fibers despite the allure of intrinsic wealth. Is key to Financial Freedom.

Thanks for your post. In the 2008 thing, we lost all of our retirement because it was tied to housing equity. We stuck to what you describe in your last few lines, worked hard and have recovered.
A lot of the housing market is what was seen, The drop in economics that was seen was the lacking in privatized care but honestly the 2008 "thing" was not just from a loss of retirement, not just a loss of equity, because it is still being bumped from a lot of marketing franchises to invest in the very same things that caused them to crash in the first place.
No I have come to find that the 2008 "Thing" occurred from a lack of willing individuals to accept the accountability that comes from realizing that money does not grow from nothing and that if there is no work that will fit a bill, why are you taking out loans on things you can not afford!
No, the 2008 "Thing" was from a gross misconduct of enterprised money and the lack of People to employ, I wonder how it is that American Wall Street problems found themselves Over Seas in Non-American countries.
Because the 2008 "Thing" was not just a problem here it was world wide and I have yet to feel the recovery!
The 2008, "Thing" Occurred because HR refused to accept the responsibility of hiring those that are qualified and paid for cheap labor. The salary of the person determined by there education and not a single College grad could be employed because he/she was seen capable of developing there own business without the real know how of monetary funds, thus making them Ideal Idiots.
Making the slogan on an overall employable system, "We are sorry sir you are too qualified for this field of labor, didn't you realize that three years of college makes it so, you can have my job and thus I will not hire you so you can get me fired. Why don't you take your overly educated self somewhere else and look for work."
The 2008 "Thing" was a trail of tears for a lot of people and How many of those students can truly say they have made it? Meaning that whatever there College venture was for, they are working the fields they set out to do?
