My dearest Wealthy Affiliate family. If your unfortunate enough to be reading this I have to apologize with my whole heart.

Yes, I am whole-heartedly sorry to subject you to what I am preparing do to you. DISCLAIMER! If your new here stop reading this now and get back to your lessons! Do NOT STRAY from what you are taught here. Believe you me...you will mightily REGRET IT!! Now go!

Ok fam' if I were you I would most likely click to the next post. Especially those that have weathered my upcoming storm themselves. I will hold it against no one whom bounces NOW.

I strongly dislike the trend of my blogs here whithin the community. I seem to mostly post when I'm ready to tear my hair out.

Guess we could call this a rant. My thoughts at this point are so disorganized I'm reallly not sure where to start. I will start with this. If I don't find my way out of this damned rabbit hole soon.... I'm setting fire to my second attempt at creating a worthwhile business website. I will also be looking for another menial, clock punching, no future but poverty level J.O.B.

Believe me when I say this if there were anyone in my immediate vicinity to discuss this with I would but I may as well be from Pluto when I try to relate to anyone in my physical world even the most basic concepts, such as click-through, or bounce rate. So that's another reason I am writing here.

Getting to my nightmare....still making myself do this.

I'm sure many of you were happily moving along in your learning curve, designing, defining,customizing,writing,rewriting, and all this wonderful stuff we learn and get to do. When out of the completely bright blue sky a dark cold cloud of confusion and doubt catches you out in the daisys in the meadow far, far from the safety and security of the storm cellar by the barn. Maybe even though in the grip of terror you reserve enough wits to find a bridge or hollow in the ground to cower in till the storm passes, right? Well just how long can you stay there?
I don't know about you but I'm making a run for it!

Ok so the first gathering clouds are in previous posts here. Where I've shared that this whole experience here (for me) and I'm sure someone can relate. Has been an emotional rollercoaster. Previously it's been like the kiddy version. Lately it's been the COLOSSAL type. One that I would never volunteer for as I suffer from acrophobia = fear of heights.

Heights gives me the same feeling I've been having for weeks now. ANXIETY! Actually not long after I went premium and had a stake in my online activities. Granted all that we recieve for the price it's worth it. Yet another fun little factoid for you is I deal with H.P. ( high-blood pressure)

So here I am just making menus, learning about search engine optimization, and ranking,along with the rest. Feeling fairly competent. Then "it" started. It was so subtle I never considered moving to safety. Naw it's just a little wind. It will blow over. Pardon the pun. As I continued on my star filled fantasy of faith in what I was accomplishing I didn't see my feet leaving the ground as I was hurtled lock, stock, and barrel into this humongous dark, dank, abyss.

The first thing was in attempting to improve my seo or site analysis I found these little statements. "CSS and Java script not minimized". "Plugins are visible on your website". " you are using an expired-version of php". Etc (etcetera). Ad Infinitum, (look it up).

Of course this is followed by the editor deciding to not let me crop my images, or not letting me turn off bold without logging in and out of Wordpress. Or not allowing me to use H2 without turning the whole paragraph into H2.

Next aioseo starts telling me things like keyphrase not in title or introductory paragraph, make it clear what your article is about from the beginning. And keyphrase not in any subtitles. When my keyphrases were where they were supposed to be. But you can't negotiate with aioseo.

Around this time I discover the "details" button on the website opener website manager before you log in, and figure out how to check my content for performance. Boy did I not like thoseorangeish brown or yellow indicators! Especially when my sites over all score was "94"!

So this eventually leads me down the " page speed insights page where I measure my websites performance and what-not.

Wonderful. There I find even more shock and awe at the fact that those wonderful images I finally started adding to my posts were not optimal and slowing my site speed crititical levels.

As I started to consider alternate options for protection from the approaching maelstrom I began to run in circles!! Despite the fact that I knew what was eminent if I didn't find a direction.... that abyss was getting darker and darker.

I would massage a new posting till it was at least in the eighties, despite being told "my meta tags to short." "Or you aren't using enough contextual words." I downloaded an image optimizer despite the fact that we did that in training.. (why aren't our images automatically optimized then?Now the editor, seeing that I was about to run for the drainage ditch across the field...having stopped the insane circling, decided to turn the wind up abit by inserting the word "Will" or "will will" into my posts!!! I began to feel like I had the lead role in Pacific Heights or The Shining! I'm not joking, I would edit the words out of my post, update. Go back minutes later and at one point those two variations of the word "Will" were in my post 149 times!! That post took me five hours! To edit! Writing it took an hour and a half! It was 1675 words too.( not counting the words "will," that I didn't write.

So you believe that's enough to rock my perseverance?

Next Analytics looses my tags. My site shows nothing, except my siterubix site which of course is getting no traffic. Now I'm trying to fix that because I had just started to hookup Adsense per our training. I still haven't got that straightened out completely... where did that ditch go??

Meanwhile back at the field of nightmares I stumble into l" "lighthouse" which tells me my site isn't optimal for mobile users. The reasons? 1. Pages font is to small. 2.buttons on my site to close to use without fat fingering and hitting the wrong buttons. 3. The "viewing-portal of my site is too small??? Wt@? Another case of taking it to sight support and them shaking their heads and saying either "we don't understand your problem or we can't help you" " you'll have to check with your server"

Ok so there's no ditch to hide from this million locomotive Storm you say? Well I'm just gonna stay in this hole until it passes.

Now I really know what Jay meant when he said "down the rabbit hole".

Oh yeah I didn't even mention what I twisted my ankle on today. Apparently 70% of my contented, 4 pages 15 posts is "duplicate" in one case 685 words are duplicates of anothe rpage /post!!! of course they are measuring 96 post/pages???? But I only have 4/15?? No wonder I'm not "ranking" imma deadman.

I just layed on the ground.....

And covered my head with my arms....

Already having " separation " anxiety.
