I just found a nice and free software to take snapshots of the screen. Very easy to use and is free. Jing is the name. Taking snapshots can make your work easy on getting pictures or any kind of table straight to your site!

Great free tool. If you don't wanna pay for Snagit, Jing is a free tool that is pretty much exactly like it.
