Epic failure!
Jan: I tried to start a blog. My dad died. So of course, I stopped and took the much needed time to get over his loss and help my family.
Feb: I tried again, this time in freelance writing.... My roommate attacked me and I had to go to court 5-6 times to deal with all of that. Plus, I was given a permanent restraining order against her.
March: We had to move because of the roommate thing.... but I was going to work through this and I had signed up with WA in the hopes that it would be the extra support system that I need.... Yesterday, a man refused to yield at the sign and completely totaled my poor car that I have had for six years.
Is this destiny telling me something or is it all just to make me a stronger person? I hope it is the latter but I'm not sure how much more I can take! Ah.
Sorry, I have no intention of complaining all of the time or anything. I was just wondering has anyone else had these experiences? Well, obviously not the exact same but similar situations that forced you to put your online business ventures on the back burner and how did you manage to get through those obstacles?

Life happens, and then there is tomorrow. You have shown great fortitude, and you are on the path with WA and the people who have also had to go through similar, yet different things. If you follow The Law of Attraction, you will think and talk about only the good things because you will see the good things: you helped your family, you are protected by the restraining order, and you joined a great business. That's a lot for three months, isn't it? Brave.
I am sorry that you have been having such an awful time and am not surprised that you're struggling a bit.
The fact that you've had to put your business wishes on hold - does not in any way make you an "epic failure". It's just the way it is (fate can be cruel) and there's nothing you can do about it. Accept that these things happen and when you're ready you will pick up your internet marketing activities. Go for small things to start with so you can see yourself making progress. You will get there.
Take care
Beverley
Thank you Beverly! I'm almost through the worst week of my life but some good did come out of it. I picked my niche (tips and techniques to de stress), I created my website, and I even got a call back about a newspaper job I applied for a few months ago!
Life always throws these kinds of hurdles at us and you'll find that there will be interruptions in your journey to building an Online business. Stay positive, focused, and motivated and you will always be able to pick right back up where you left off.
Sorry to hear about all that has happened. I know you can keep moving forward.
So about picking back up where you left off. Keep notes, a list of what you have done and need to do, or a journal of what you are doing, so if you do need to stop for a bit you can jump right back in knowing what you had done and what you need to do next.
Carson, thank you for your comment! I think that all of this stress was to really point me to my niche and prepare myself to help other stressed out people.
For sure your heard the saying "When it rains it pours" and comes the calm. These challenges your facing right now is just a test for you to become stronger and a survivor. I had and have so many challenges that sometimes difficult to understand why me, but then again I answer my own question...Every time I'm feeling down I watch "nick with no arms or legs" on you tube. Focus on the positive, that's all I can say:) Cheers..Nenita
Thank you for your comment, ianesamarie! I'm just waiting for the storm to be over. I'm so ready to see the sun!
First I have to put out a warning: Everyone has highs and lows, BUT what's important is how long and intense your lows are, if you feel like your depression is way beyond a natural mood swing or if you ever thought about suicide then you should make an appointment with a psychiatrist. It's nothing to be ashamed of, I have my troubles too.
I would try to get a different view on things (I know it's hard, sometimes even feels impossible), but what doesn't kill you makes you stronger. I try to channel my frustration and anger to productivity: some day I will be the one laughing. The one who laughs last laughs best (at least in German you would say that). And one last bad joke for this comment: If life deals you lemons order a tequila... hmm... guess that wasn't the exact wording, but hope you get it anyway.
Thanks for your comment, maraca. Actually the new place we moved to has some problems. Take the breaker for instance. Whoever wired the house was one of a kind because none of it makes sense to me. I did just start manically laughing after I had enough. Apparently the bathroom light won't turn on unless the dryer is running. Which is a horrible problem but its comical. And as for the tequila, I'll take two... or five.. haha.
You've had plenty to keep you busy, or just otherwise pre-occupied. Take a deep breath, and be serious of finding all those things you can be thankful for. Believe me, it helps to be thoughtful and thankful and puts things in a much better perspective. It is also necessary to be thankful to keep your attitude positive. Without positive attitude it will be a long haul in the wrong direction, so don't let things or people get you down. Good luck, and resolve to turn your back on the negative in life.
Thank you zbeccah, I'm not really going crazy because of it. I just feel like everytime I try to make a positive change something gets in the way, but I guess that's just life.

Definition of 'Fail' taken from dictionary.com: Fail - to fall short of success or achievement in something expected, attempted, desired, or approved: "The experiment failed because of poor planning."
I wouldn't call it an epic failure. How is any of this your fault? Don't be hard on yourself. There are tougher times in life but they pass. I'm sure you will get back on the horse in no time! Good luck.
Thanks escape11! I guess I was just referring to the situation as an epic failure.... Well, the guy that decided to put his car in mine did suffer from an epic failure, haha. After all of this has happened it made me realize my perfect niche. How to de stress. I hope that this adventure is a good one. :)
