So you used to live in Japan too? I lived in Hachioji Japan for 5 years and learned the Japanese language. Studied it 2 years before I could reach 7th grade level speaking and reading it. Yes, I would agree Japan is noisy.

No, sorry, I have lived in quite a few countries in my life but not in Japan. I said this because Spain is known for being noisy. Even the birds kick up a shindy, but it is nice.
