I got this email back from an affiliate, what should I do? It wouldn't let me paste my email that I got, so Ill tell you somewhat what they are asking: Linkconnector cannot conf
Do you have domain privacy enabled on your domain registration? If they can't read the registration information because of that, they have no way to confirm that you own the domain.
I would expect that temporarily adding the words LinkConnector Validation at the bottom of your About page and emailing them a link to that page would be sufficient. Once they've confirmed that you own the site, there's no reason that you shouldn't be able to delete those words without causing any problems.

That makes sence BobBarr. Yes I do have privacy set on my domain, but today I read that WP is set up differently with regard to this issue so it looks like will have to add the words to my about me page. Should I just place it on the bottom of the page?
Sure. It only needs to be on the page long enough for the affiliate program to confirm that you were able to put it on the site. Once they've confirmed that you own the site (by your making this change to it), you can remove that text.

I don't know what to do, I have a partially completed website and haven't been able to access it fully since I bought and moved my own domain to WA host. Now it's been almost 24
Hi Lannette
this happened to me yesterday. This is how I got in, sign in using admin as username, if you do not know your password, you can find it in your Site Manager, click on the details button and you will see your password. Hope this helps...
I think you're going to have to contact tech support for this issue. If you go into your SiteRubix (light blue button on the left) and then into Site Manager, you will see Site Support at the top. This is where you put in a ticket for help. Michelle
