Finding the silver lining in a dark place
This week has been a trying time for our family as our son (aged 13) is dealing with some issues and we couldnt assist him alone, so we had to bring in the medical profession to assist with his depression and anxiety related to his hearing loss and dyslexia.
As a mom i feel like a failure to my children as i get home from work late, then scramble to make supper and then through all this deal with the children. Some days my own depression kicks in and i just dont want to face the world.
I want to be the happy mommy for her children, i want to be able to fetch them straight from school so i can assist them with their homework and i want to go and watch my 4 year old in a ballet concert. But i cant as i have to work as we are dependant on this money to fill the gaps that hubbies salary doesnt cover.
Today was especially hard as i suffer from severe insomnia and havent slept a full stretch since Monday and am extremely tired and severe pain with my back disease and i just wanted to stay in bed and try not put any strain on my back, but i couldnt, so i hobbled through to the kitchen and prepared for the day ahead at work.
As i was driving i was thinking to myself "how can i wisely structure my 3-4 hours a night" in my online businesses to make each website a success. I definitly need to create a structure for myself as i tend to hop everwhere and not accomplish much.
How have you structured your time when it concerns the training and still adding content to your sites?
All ideas will help =)

Time is passing us. Capture every moment as much as you can.
May God help you with your daunting challenges.
I'm a dad, although I do not cook as my wife does the cooking, I still have to take care of my daughter when my wife is busy.
I'm not sure about you, but I usually take my ipad everywhere I go and when the free time comes, it doesn't matter if it is 5 minutes or 15 minutes of free time, I will either pop my ipad out and see video tutorial or read content.
It is hard to adsorb, but I doesn't wanted to waste any minute, so I save a lot of content URL on my ipad for later.
When everyone is asleep, I will be all alone with my computer doing research or writing content, usually is about 1 or 2 hours before I sleep.
One thing I always believe, is to live your life to the fullest, time isn't going to reverse, I cannot see myself sitting there doing nothing and thinking nothing, even when I sleep, I'm always thinking what I'm going to do the next day.
In life, we got a lot of things to worry, but rather then worry we should start taking actions before things get worst.
It doesn't matter what worry you, the most important thing in life is to GET SOMETHING DONE!
Just like you have written a post telling us your worries, and you are looking for advice and motivations to move forward and that is the action you have taken.
And I believe you will move forward another step nearer to your goal.
We need to capture every moment we can with our children.
