I think that you should make your car, truck, van, and/or motorcycles your own. My goal was to buy a new car every 3 years, because I figured out that, that's when you get the best trade-in value as you big down payment in the new vehicle. My goal was to always buy great sports cars, but after a few months, I'd be driving around my city, and all of a sudden I was seeing people with the same car EVERYWHERE!!

For all of you out there who are very hesitant to become a Premium Member; PLEASE DON'T BE HESITANT!! I was VERY hesitant, and I can be honest and admit that I was too. I decided to take the chance, because I went to College and University (2x for both), and I knew that this platform, and the "working together, and helping out others" was actually what attracted me to this community at Wealthy Affiliate.
In the past, I have almost signed up for several of these in the past for a few extra dollars every month, but the little voice inside me said, "Don't Do It"; and it was the lack of having the ability to interact with the community members. That little voice in my head was telling me the Wealthy Affiliate was the right place for me.
I'm usually not too much of a risk taker, but I STRONGLY recommend becoming a Premium Member. I signed-up for the monthly option, but as soon as I learned that there was a yearly option, I didn't even hesitate, and switched. Also, by doing so, I saved a pretty nice amount of money, and I didn't have to remind myself about monthly payments. IF YOU CAN AFFORD TO GO PREMIUM, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED, AND I PROMISE YOU THAT!
I studied COMPUTER ENGINEERING in school, but unfortunately, Web Design wasn't a part of the program, as it's something different altogether. So I'm a total newbie to this as well, and it only took me a short time (approximately a month or so) to finish the first Certification Badge, and complete all the tasks. Go premium, you won't regret it!

As for learning "web design", you are going to be creating beautiful websites and content before you know it.
The Wordpress framework and the platforms you have access to will enable this. It is about 100x easier than when I started out online back in the dark ages (2002) lol
You made a very good choice by going Premium, Lance. I think your little voice in your head is a great advisor - one you can certainly rely on. You mention that you are not a risk taker and, in my opinion, this is exactly what made you become a Premium Member. There is no doubt that you get the best value for money here, but if you don't go Premium, you run the risk of losing focus and not pursuing your plans seriously. So you chose the safe and correct way.
Thank-you so much for your input and your kind words of wisdom. You're right, I'm usually not a risk taker. Instead I look for ways, or the way, to do my project in the most sensible way. In this case, becoming a Premium Member just made the most sense to me, and it was a little bit of intuition as well. I honestly think that I would've taken much longer to understand Affiliate Marketing, and Website Creation if I had stayed a free WA Member.
Hi, Lance, I'm following you now. I just wanted to comfirm what your post says. WA Premium is awesome and going annual makes the monthly payments just under $30/month. That's definitely doable - just put off one family fast food meal a month. One day you will be making online money to repay yourself with a "steak dinner out" each month. - shirley
Thank-You so much for your reply Shirley. I was thinking pretty much exactly what you were thinking. It's really not a lot of money at all; but I do understand that some people just can't afford any extras. Fortunately, I'm in the position where I can look after the financial part of WA, and that is why I chose to become a Premium Member right away, and I also chose to buy my domain before I even reached that part of the training. There's just so much more to offer as a Premium Member, and I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone in the WA Community!

1) Your writing is easy to relate to. It is well written, articulate and well organized.
2) This is a wonderful example of why sticking with WA and following directions is beneficial.
3) I don't need aftermarket vehicle parts at all, but your call to check out your site combined with the cover picture, is intriguing, which is exactly what it should be.

Hi Lance, you are correct, premium is the way to go. It sounds like you and I had the same initial struggle with deciding how to jump into affiliate marketing and the WA looked to be the best by far.
It has been a year for me and I my only regret is that I find it hard to find enough time to stay consistent with the blogs.
