I can see your site! How come you say your website won't show up?
Just a quick glance, I would capitalize your site title and get rid of the 'just another wordpress site' I would try to make a longer home page with more content and some pictures. I also would add a home button on your main menu and put your privacy policy in the footer. Just some quick suggestions. Hope that helped!

Your about me page is okay, obviously a few errors from a non native English speaker.
Perhaps a little more about your experiences with trying to lose weight or having a healthy lifestyle would be good.
The web site URL is correct in my below post? If you go to namecheap.com it shows that it is still an available domain.
I was trying to leave feedback on your website (dietwithlowcarb.com) but it is not a registered domain. Did you follow the below step? Building Your OWN Website . You have to purchase the domain name and then point the domain to WA DNS servers. It is outlined in the video.
