Did you ever figure out what was causing the problem/get it resolved?
I don't (yet) use Site Content, so can't offer any help. I'm sorry about that. I'm just hoping this isn't still a problem for you.

It just started working again after a week, phew!
I would still highly recommend sitecontent, the ability to add in the photos and edit is great before publishing :)

I'm glad the problem resolved itself and hope you're making lots of progress! :)
When you hit save do you wait to see if the process was completed, or when you go back to the dashboard look through the written content or look for unpublished articles and see if it is there.Look carefully , you might be going back to a new page.Please let us know the outcome.
It’s odd I’ve been using site content for quite a while and ‘tis is the only time this has happened.
Yes I wait until the save is completed and then go back to the dashboard and it says word count 0. When I’ve got over 1,000 words.
I have tried on various days to save, go back to dashboard. Then restart my computer and try again and it still doesn’t save.
It’s been about 5 days of me not publishing content but I don’t want to give up on sitecontent just yet :(

We can cancel a SiteComments request for you if you let us know which request (web page) you are wanting to stop. Please let us know and we can take care of that for you.

PS: We have some brand new updates coming to SiteComments later this year and there will be a much more clear way to cancel an active comment request.

I accidentally posted this as a page instead of a post. But submitted it for site comments before I realised. So now I can delete that page and repost it as a post :)
Hi Shanny,
All you need to do here is delete the "Page", then re-create it as a "Post". Your SiteContent request doesn't need to be updated as the URL will remain the same. There will be downtime for a few moments while you re-create the content as a POST vs Page, but that should be very short.
Copy the Page, Delete it, then Paste the content into a post with the same URL. Should't take more than a few minutes to do that.

Street articles is no longer used. Do you remember which training you got that info from? If it's within the WA community, we can submit an "update request" so people don't get confused.
Yeah it was, i have actually come across the street articles reference quite a few times. Most recently it was an old live video class on getting traffic.
I wouldn't bother with Street Articles, it's defunct, as backlinking from article directories no longer works. Are Backlinks Good for Rankings? Nope.
Oh that's so much for that Rich! That has saved me hours from going down the backlinks route.
