Send a prayer up for my grandma

Going through so much right now. My grandmother is my heart. She is the woman that raised me and has always been by my side no matter my choices. She always believed in me. She taught me how to be a strong woman. They said she has pneumonia, she's been in the hospital for only 2 days. It made me said when I found out that she wanted to start making some arrangements. I know we aren't meant to live forever. But when someone closes to you is very ill, it makes your life flash before your eyes. Just going to continue to pray. And whatever God decides for her future I guess I will have to accept it! So please if you read this post, send a prayer up for Harriett V., The Strongest Woman Alive!
