Frustration
Frustration- the feeling of being upset because of inability to achieve something. Base on written information “frustration” is am emotional response from the perceived resistance to the fulfillment of an individual’s will or goal.
Recently I have experience my share of frustrations. As a newbie to the online entrepreneur business Everything is new. Not sure if I am going in the right way, or if I am understanding what I am doing or if the button that I am pressing is the right one or if the “blog” that I am writing should be here. It a world of new ideas, concept, jargon and who knows what else.
This prevention of progress, is difficult to explain because I am not sure of the questions to ask, what do I do first, I am in the right area or should I just give up 🙁.
Things I do to cope with frustration
1. I do try to deal or cope with these emotional feelings, which are fears of falling to a goal I want to achieve.
2. I read the comments from the other members and try to use and keep their words of encouragement, of possible solutions to the issue at hand.
3. I try to tell my self “what is working in this situation”.
4. I try using positive thought to remind me that I need to work harder, and have more stamina, because I am a newbie and it a new world for me.
5. I remind my self to focus, to take action in what I understand and to review the subject one more time.
6. I try to visualize a positive Outcome to the situation even if it’s a small accomplishment.
7. Take a deep breath and step back.

Hi Lady Esther, it can be frustrating when we first land here there seems that there is so much to learn, and it can feel like we are just not up to the task.
We all had to start somewhere, even the best marketers would have had a patchy start. The key is that we keep on going, one of the best ways to deal with frustration is to accept that things are not always going to go according to plan. Once we do that it can be quite empowering.
I like how you deal with the frustration that you face, it is good to have that sorted in our heads.
I see that you were involved with a brick and mortar business that didn't go so well, coming to WA is a real opportunity to create something special and one of the good things is that all we really need to be able to do is just to follow along, the training is step by step so all good.

Hi Olga- When I joined WA I too had no idea what I was doing and made so many mistakes in fact still do as I go along. I know this much, just go slowly, do the training step by step and ask questions when you get stuck as this is what I did and now a couple of months down the track even though I am still relatively new to all the online stuff, I am making progress step by step.
Don't things overwhelm you, just take a deep breath and start again and you will get there, I am sure of it

Lady Esther Don't give -up I have had to and expect to have to go back and rewatch the videos almost and I with Kyle I have been here three months almost it is a struggle but you must have a reason you sought out WA or tried other scams out there but WA is not a scam and with a little hard work and devotion this can give you income for years . You think it over hope to see you around...

You have good coping skills to follow, remember all new members that are at a beginner status have these feelings, I myself struggle and I have built websites before joining WA. I think we put so much emphasis me include on succeeding we avoid trying. I generally avoid write and chase shiny objects because I am insecure on my content. So what I am saying is you are not alone, and remember you can always talk to the community. I started looking at the top 100's websites to see how they are doing things, and this has helped. Hang in there and keep trying, before long you will be surprised what you have learned.

This post resonates with me. A common feeling as I have read from other posts is that we reach a stage of frustration where we want to create but lack the skills to do so. The older we get, the less patient we are with ourselves to learn new things and I think especially when it comes to technology.
I found for myself to sometimes look back and measure the progress or road behind rather than the road that lies ahead. That way I can see how far I have come rather than a never ending road ahead that only demoralizes me further.
Thanks for putting into words what alot of us feel on this journey and keep up the good work.
