My Progress So Far
Ok so I have been with Wealthy Affiliate for about a week now.
I have gotten my niche down and started my own website called bethebartender.com. I found it relatively easy to do since I basically just mirrored Kyle (not me) in all the courses up to this point. I have currently just finished Course 2, Lesson 10 and am about to move on to more training.
I have found that every time I asked a question it was answered very quickly, and I thank you for that, it really helped me out. I would not say I have understood everything but I find playing with my website and seeing what does what has worked well for me. I think the set up within Wealthy Affiliate has been phenomenal.
I have been looking for a way to make money in my free time for a long time now with the majority just being scams and stuff I never understood. With this I believe that what I am doing is going to lead me to making money online. I have not made any money or signed up for any affiliate program yet since I am still working on my website first (I think that is what I am supposed to be doing). I am looking forward to making some money through this and am very excited about the opportunity this has produced for me.
Anyway, I just wanted to give you an update of where I am at at this point. If anyone has any advice for me please let me know. I would appreciate feedback on if you think what I have done so far is correct and if there is anything I should be doing that I am not.

Great looking site Kyle. I would ad a logo though. In my opinion, that's all you need. Your site is very well formatted and informative.
Yes, a logo (picture or designer font of your website title:Be the Bartender). I would put this in the blue area at the top of your website. Maybe a large graphic of different spirits at about 250x1400 pixels.

You did better than I did in week 1. I have one basically in existence, but ran into little techie errors I am still sorting out. I have other strengths, but anything remotely "techie" is a challenge for me. Keep going! I know this is not a competition, but it is inspiring to see your progress. Alice
