Hi everybody,
Although I'm not that far yet in the training. I made a facebook page(Boundlessbookshub) and started to do one post everyday with the link(and photo) to the blog on my website. I also then post it on my personal linkedin and my personal facebook. In the future I want to go from 1 to maybe 2 or 3 posts a day and learn how to do ads. So far i now have 6 like and 45 followers and my page isn't a week old. I know its not much but this is my strategy for now. Love this thread with all the tips, I find them very usefull and learn so much from it. Thank you
Good day everyone!
Due to personal involvement - I have had an ileostomy for nearly 38 years - I feel it is my mission to protect the interests of people living with a stoma.
Although WA attracted me from SFI as a business, I have now decided to share my charitable activities with you in the future, with a view to the stoma.
I believe that explaining the operating principle of the "Sztómásként" group created on Facebook can also be positive for a business.
1. It is important to have a system of requirements related to the operation and use of the page
- set up,
- write it down,
- those joining the page should be the first to run into this (acceptance should be mandatory).
2. Sharing short, concise descriptions, with a related photo.
3. Multiple daily checks, consistency.
4. 24-hour presence (shared with admins, minimum 5 people)
5. Immediate solutions on request due to the nature of the page.
6. All questions and requests should be answered as soon as possible.
7. The presence of professionals and partner organizations is important.
8. Have data and a knowledge base behind you.
9. Flexibility
10. Providing personal contact opportunities.
11. Online meeting every evening - any member of the group can join.
12. Always be fair, humane, empathetic and open.

Facebook like all social media is a selfish beast you have to feed fresh content on a tight schedule.
You will want to set up a business page instead of focusing on your profile feed. A Business page allows you to have a total professional environment to highlight your products and services.
You should also form a Group in your niche and add how to join to a featured post on your page.
The flow of the funnel is like this.
Join related groups, like similar pages as your page. This brings up your algorithm more than you know.
In those groups network and friend people who share interest in your niche. Invite them to like your page and join your group. This is a fully filtered list of HOT Prospects who do all of this to get to know you better as a blogger.
I mentioned social is selfish. To get seen and followed and grouped you need to GIVE GIVE GIVE to the social gods. Likes, shares, and responding on other people's pages more than triple the likelihood of a friend or follower relationship.
GIVE MORE VALUE - Don't sell out the farm but give educational value including exclusive Facebook material. Be multi-media at least text and graphical work but consider video even if it is faceless.
Ideas for Group Activity
1. Exclusive content and the first access to new posts.
2. Game or Puzzle Quest related to the niche like the classic alphabet game where the first person starts with an A word from your shared hobby or interest. Second person B, 3rd C, and so forth until someone is stumped.
3. Zoom Live Sessions where you grant access to a limited number of group members to be a part of creating new content.
Live in Group or Chat Q and A sessions.
On your page, a mix of visual content is pertinent. Video is a HUGE plus as it ranks both for page content and video content and can be repurposed for YouTube, shorts, and TikTok.
Contests are great if you invite entrants to join your group.
Group chats are rising in popularity, and adding even 30 minutes of time a day to a chat is like pouring brandy on an open fire. They're a lot more personal than email and give you a live audience to answer pain points.
Share your blog no more often than 3 times in a day. Add 3 posts to your page, and 4-5 to your group as well. The more available you are the better your conversions. For my one blog, we will be doing readers' shares of their Man Cave and Fan Cave projects. If you think of anything add it in.
Facebook-featured posts are affordable and help drive followers, likes, and group joins. Even a $ 5-a-day budget can get huge results fast. Add your business page to every communication you send and on all your social profiles. Get a Link in the Bio site if needed and use this method on all your full-service social sites.
The Best Tip for Using Facebook Effectively: Building Organic Traffic and Brand Engagement
Hey everyone! I’ve got a juicy tip to share that’s been an absolute game-changer in my journey to promote my websites and books, while also growing my Instagram following. It’s been a roller-coaster of fun, experimentation, and good ol' hard work, but let me tell you—it’s all been totally worth it!
Over the past few months, I’ve been diving into a system that focuses on building organic traffic. No quick fixes or depending on paid ads (at least, not yet!)—I’ve been all about cultivating meaningful connections and steadily increasing interest in what I do. Here’s the secret sauce: SEO,{Search engine optimization}, social engagement, and cross-platform sharing. It’s all about consistency, and trust me, it’s been an exciting ride!
The Strategy: Building Organic Traffic Through Consistency
Okay, if there’s one tip I can share to use Facebook effectively, it’s this: stay consistent and embrace organic growth. No need to break the bank on ads (haven’t spent a dime on Facebook ads yet, by the way). You don’t need the quick fixes. What really works is showing up consistently, building relationships, and giving people reasons to care about what you’re posting. Here’s how I’ve been doing it:
1. Content Cross-Promotion Between Platforms
Facebook is my go-to platform for promoting my websites and books. But what really helps is pairing it with Instagram. It’s like a social media power couple! I share blog posts—mainly about Bigfoot and paranormal topics—on my Facebook page, and then I keep things fun on Instagram with quirky Bigfoot images. Guess what? I share those Instagram posts back on Facebook too! That cross-promotion helps boost visibility, driving traffic between the platforms and creating more chances for engagement. It’s like a win-win!
2. SEO-Driven Content Strategy
No Facebook ads? No problem! Instead, I focus on the organic magic of SEO. When I create my posts, I’m sure to use the right hashtags—think #Bigfoot, #Paranormal,#OrganicGrowth #BigfootAdventures #ParanormalJourney #UnlockingTheParanormal #BigfootBeliefs and other niche tags that make it easy for new followers to find me. But it’s not just about hashtags. I also engage with others in my niche by liking, commenting, and sharing their content. This builds relationships and lets me be a part of the community, which in turn boosts my visibility and strengthens my brand.
I'm super pumped about Facebook's badges! Currently, I'm at level 3 with 66% completion this has really helped my page and brand , and I'm dead set on reaching the next level. I'm not exactly sure what it entails, but I'm riding this wave of excitement and eagerly anticipating what's in store. Hopefully, I'll earn some more awesome badges like the ones we have here. It's all about having fun and taking chances with badges - Can't believe that's what it all comes down to!but then again i built a Bigfoot website.
3. Cross-Platform Promotion (X, here I come!)
I’ve recently started using X to share my posts. It’s a fun way to expand my reach. Even though I’m still figuring out the results (I just started paying for X this month), I’ve definitely noticed a little extra traffic heading my way. Who knows? Maybe X is the magic bullet I’ve been waiting for. The more places I share, the wider the audience, and the more my content gets in front of new eyes. It’s all about experimenting and finding out what works best. Who doesn’t love a good adventure?
Wrapping It Up: Where I'm Heading With My Books and Beyond
As I continue to build my presence online and experiment with new strategies, I'm excited about where this journey is taking me. The work I’ve been putting into Facebook and making this the bottom of the funnel and other platforms manly this one is just the beginning, and I’m on the verge of something even bigger. The organic traffic and engagement I’m generating now is only going to expand as I dive deeper into the release of my books and brand.
In the upcoming months, I will be sharing some exciting updates about my books and websites. I am also eagerly working on my latest project, which I can't reveal the name of just yet. I can't wait to promote it on Facebook, where I will take readers on a journey through the world of paranormal and the unknown January is when I'm shooting for . Each of these books is a labor of love, unlocking new realms of mystery, adventure, and discovery. And guess what? You'll get to experience it all! I have also been working on lots of charts to show how Facebook and search console are helping me with the insights. Just keep following both of their recommendations, and it should be smooth sailing from here.
So, while I keep pushing forward and perfecting my social media strategy, I’m also diving deep into creating content that inspires, educates, and entertains. If you love Bigfoot, paranormal mysteries, or just a good adventure but don't worry there is a Facebook pin on my profile here at wealthy affiliate for those that truly love an old folklore tail, there’s so much more to come, and I can’t wait to take you along for the ride! but at the end of the day we all love a good story.
The future is looking bright, and I am excited to have all of you join me as we learn and support each other while I share stories, and listen to your great insights, and adventures. Stay tuned, keep following along, and let's continue the conversation! Until next time, my friend, happy holidays and best of luck with your writing!
Cheers,
Shawn

My Facebook Tip for Growing Your Online Business
Over the past couple of years, I’ve learned a ton about leveraging Facebook effectively for my business, and here’s my go-to strategy: Balance consistency, authenticity, and engagement across multiple content types and strategies.
Timing is Everything: Early morning (before 8 AM) and evening (around 6 PM) posts consistently yield the best engagement for me. Knowing when your audience is online can make or break your visibility.
Know Your Audience: Using Facebook Insights, I discovered my audience consists mainly of women aged 40-50—many of whom are full-time RV mothers or nomads. This knowledge helps me tailor my content to their lifestyle, such as relatable stories, helpful tips, and authentic engagement.
Group Engagement: I used to shy away from this, but reconnecting with niche-specific groups has been transformative. It’s not about spamming links—it’s about having genuine conversations, building trust, and finding opportunities to naturally introduce my products or website.
Visual Appeal: Canva-created images and infographics consistently outperform other visuals. Memes worked wonders during my MLM days, and I plan to reintroduce them for a more lighthearted touch.
Mix It Up: I follow a 7-day content strategy inspired by MagicJay, paired with Vitaliy’s 2-3 posts a day method. This keeps my page fresh and engaging while diversifying my content styles (stories, humor, tips, and achievements).
Cross-Promotion and Storytelling: Facebook is my hub for sharing achievements from platforms like LinkedIn and YouTube. For example, I’ll share links to my articles with personal anecdotes that drive traffic back to my site, fostering stronger connections with my audience.
Call-to-Actions (CTAs): I’ve experimented with contests and CTAs like “Like, Share, and Tag 3 Friends.” While results have been mixed, I’ve learned that simplicity and clarity in CTAs are key—something I’m refining moving forward.
Staying Consistent: Even if engagement feels slow (like only 14 people noticing your posts), I remind myself that small numbers are still progress. Consistency builds momentum, and persistence pays off over time.
Lessons from Facebook Live: Going live was nerve-wracking at first, but it’s a tool I plan to use more. It’s great for creating deeper connections with your audience, even if it takes time to attract new viewers.
Ultimately, success on Facebook is about staying authentic, showing up consistently, and continuously experimenting to see what resonates, in my opinion. Whether it's running a contest, posting achievements, or diving into Facebook groups, every action adds a layer of trust and connection with your audience.
Good Luck Everyone! Fun Challenge!
Great info for us newbies!
Thanks,
Teri
