My WA Success to date
Wow, I can't believe I have come this far and either can my son by the way. Before I started at WA I thought you had to be some nerdy Tech person to build and manage a website. Wow was I wrong. I am a middle aged woman who needs her son to come over when her smart TV disconnects from the internet and fix it for me and lets not even start on how often he visits when I upgrade my phone.
After our youngest moved out my husband and I decided that our 4 bedroom 3 bath house was just to big for two people and a dog. We have a goal that next May we are putting our house and 99.9% of our belongings up for sale and hittin the road in our new RV. We want to travel this beautiful county and we don't want to wait until we retire so we will need income.
I started searching the internet for jobs I could do remotely from where ever the sun takes me. I did get scammed a few times and lost a couple hundred dollars before I found WA.
Since I have bee at WA I have created a website for a niche I am passionate about, Jeeps and everything Jeep. I have written content and understand the importance of meaningful content, I have ranked in Google, I am beginning to understand SEO and have optimized my website for SEO., I have learned about key words, their importance and how to find them. I have so many ideas on other sites I want to build and manage. I am TOTALLY enjoying myself.
The only frustration I have had is that my 9-5 job (actually is 6-3) seems to be getting in my way. I wish I could stay home and just work on my website but that will not pay the bills yet, I do however see light at the end of the tunnel and our dream of hitting the open road next summer feels like it can actually happen.
Thank you to all of you here at WA who have helped me on my journey.

Excellent post. Good luck with your journey. You will find that the path will evolve naturally for you, which makes the end desicion far greater and easier than it may appear right now
Krystye, you have plan and that's good. I am fascinated by those who live in their RV's Be sure to blog about your RV living once you are on the road. - shirley
I know exactly what you mean. If I didn't have to eat and keep a roof over my head I could ditch work and just focus on my site. One day...
I hear ya, most of the guys here are working day jobs and building at night.
A select few have been able to burst through and make it a full time business. I'm not there yet but working to it.
Hope to see you on the other side soon! :)
Wow very inspirational Krystye! My story is similar to yours like how we both didn't know anything before we started WA. We're still learning though and we'll never stop learning because by learning we can always apply what we have been taught! Good luck on the rest of your journey and I wish you the best!

Thanks for sharing. I'm a techie, and it is great to see success from a non techie. It gives me hope for what I can achieve.
