Pray For Us!
Wheww! It has been a long month!
My husband has been affected by the government shutdown so we are trying to do everything we can to make ends meet. Worse yet, we have no idea when it will all be over....so draining emotionally and financially.
And.....we just found out that his car needs a new transmission....expensive stuff!
I am working as an online tutor but my income right now is not enough to sustain our household. My online business is gradually growing and I'm working harder than ever before. I have been asking my clients for referrals and marketing like crazy. I guess it takes a crisis to get back on track?? I'm sure some of you can relate to this. We just hope that everything will soon go back to normal ASAP.

I know about that Krystle, I dare not go into politics, that area is untouchable to me, so I won't go there. If you have a mortgage, I hear that your landlord does not have the right to go after you rfamily at least here in Hawaii is so. I will pray for your family and friend. Take care!

Sorry to hear about your plight. I hope that something will be done so as to not penalize the Fed employees who have no say in the matter. I feel when a solution is found bonuses should be granted to the workers to help towards the inconveniences,
I have a cousin caught in that trap also! I will be praying for y’all as well. Praying that it’s over soon too for everyone’s sake.
Hey Krystle, do hang in there. You are in my prayers. My brother was a government employee, so we've gone through this before. I do know that lots of banks and other companies are offering special deals for government employees in these situations. I'm sure if you do some online research, you'll find some great resources to help you though this.

I am Canadian and I think this "Shutdown" is affecting people who work for the US Gov. in our country as well. My heart goes out to all of you who are suffering from the antics of this "childish" President. Seems to lack compassion if you ask me.
