This is the season of hustle and bustle. We are so busy with holiday preparations that we start canceling our blood tests, scans, dr appts, dentist appointments. We think oh I will reschedule for after the holidays.
Then the Weather starts getting bad and we say to ourselves I’ll reschedule when the weather gets better.
Pretty soon six months have passed by till you get around to rescheduling the appointment.

What I am trying to say is that before all else you must take care of you. Don’t put off these medical appointments.
All the holiday fuss will get taken care of. Do not stress yourself. You are important and loved by many people. It's time you show yourself some love.
