Copyright. The person who took the picture can claim copyright over it. Just like someone cannot steal you whole website and copy it to a new URL and claim it is their work.

If the picture is your own work then I suggest you write to whoever is using it on their website and ask them to remove it because they are infringing your copyright. If they don't respond favorably then it's probably not worth a lawsuit due to the expense involved. One option if they don't remove it is to "name and shame" them all over the internet via social media. It sounds like you have right on your side. ~Marion

Ends up on a different company's website.Its war time.
They had taken it down,As we have attorneys on a retainer..
Question in hand was very different,When a few pictures end up on a different company's website with our company name going across their site.What is to gain on their end...I guess that we had better pictures than them.May you have a very happy holiday Marion.Ken
