Feeling Stuck? Just BEGIN.
One of the reasons I have not made more progress with my previous attempts at online businesses was very simple. I got stuck in the cycle of perfectionism. For me, it looked like this:
A sincere desire to do everything the "right way" ----> Dig into research
Lots of research ----> Conflicting opinions ----> Confusion and Overwhelm
Being Overwhelmed ----> Inaction ----> Lost momentum = STUCK
One of the big reasons I love Wealthy Affiliate so far is that it has a step-by-step roadmap. Still, with all the excellent training, blog posts, webinars, and new friends, I can easily see getting sidetracked, pulled into "research" and not taking action!
That's why I love this quote from Brendon Burchard.
Doubt increases with inaction.
Clarity reveals itself in momentum.
Growth comes from progress.
For all these reasons, BEGIN.
Let's leave our perfectionism behind and get to work, imperfectly, and let the clarity come as we move down the path and build our businesses!

Well, one of the reasons I didn't get ahead with so many other online opportunities is that they kept upselling and I couldn't afford to get out of the starting block. Thank goodness for WA. A free membership for a week and the first month is at a big discount. WA is very encouraging for beginners. Thanks for the quote.
I have also learned that it is personality and being personable that is important. NOT perfection. Despite all the techyness to building an online income and not meeting others in person, it is still a PEOPLE business. Take care.
YES! Absolutely, MyraBeth. You think you're getting everything you need -- and then the upsells start. It's SO frustrating. I tried out a LOT of systems. One even had a huge pitch to join as a VIP for $3k!!! Seriously? For people just starting out? It's ridiculous.
