it all depends on the laws of both your home and of where you are currently living. Do your research to make sure there are not any legal restrictions (or stupid high taxes like some states have been putting on affiliate programs here in the U.S.) against affiliate marketing.

As I understand it that should not be a problem. WA is a global business, you can be or live anywhere you choose because you are logging in online (virtually right) - moving around is not a problem and sounds kind of cool actually, lol. Okay thanks heaps. I guess my problem is, for instance, Amazon doesn't have an affiliate program in Australia, so I try and use the UK one but they wont let me use my Australian bank account.

I had to verify my domain name for ShareaSale in the tag bit in the editor. I tried it a few times and it didn't work, gave up and went to do something else but now my site is bro

I would like to pay for upgrade on one credit card, then change to another for the subscription. is this possible?
I wouldn't see why not? I don't think it would be a problem. You can pay month by month if you wish; however, if you have the funds, I would suggest doing a yearly subscription, as it will save you a good amount of money over the long term.
Also, I'm not sure if you have Paypal or not; however, that appears to be another option.
