Overcoming Worry

What do you do when worry is constantly in the back of your mind?

I just find it so hard to stay in the moment and stop focusing on the future. What if this doesn't work out? What if I am wasting my time and money? What if this? What if that? I have started the training and accomplished a lot so far, but no matter how far I get it never seems to be enough to put my mind at ease.

This must be one of the obstacles that I was told to expect when building up and running your own business.

I really want to keep going and push through the negative thoughts running through my head.

The future is unknown, so I guess all I can do is take one day at a time.

That really is the best solution, one step, one day at a time.

It definitely does take time. I think most of us join WA with grandiose dreams of "Making it big". The Bigness takes time. I see that you haven't been here a month and already you've done so much. You are google indexed! That's great, if google has found you others will too. Many people on here that are successful took a year or more to really get rolling. This isn't get rich quick but it is going to last once you build it up.

Stay positive and know that if you put in the work....it IS going to pay! Keep at it and really well done!!

Melanie

Melanie, thank you for the reassurance that if I keep going and work hard at what I really want, anything is possible. :)

Self-doubt is a giant killer of a dream.
Definitely this requires a lot of works, patience and perseverance especially when one starts out. There are many success stories here in WA that you can always read and re-read to convince yourself that this is going to work.

All the best to you Kayla.

Joe

Thank you, Joe. You are definitely right about having patience and perseverance. I have always been impatient with myself, which is a problem.
Also, thank you for reminding me that I bookmarked a post by littlemama that compiled a list of success stories. I will definitely be taking a look at that again.

Believe in yourself. You can do this.
Other people can do it, so can you.
