Third Month of WA - It's Been A While

Hi everybody, it's been a while. It's likely that you haven't seen me anywhere for quite a bit. This blog post has also been delayed for a week. As for my sites, I haven't posted in quite some time but I do believe things will get better soon.

Things haven't been going so well lately. I've been lacking the time to sit down and produce a bunch of high quality posts. School, work, practicing piano, and badminton training has taken a toll on me and caused me to fall into various state of unproductivity recently. I start everyday around 5:00 to 7:00 AM and end around 9:00 PM because of exhaustion.

Despite this, I'm feeling better now and more energetic and prepared to make myself more productive no matter what it takes. Here's a basic schedule of when I intend to post and be active on my affiliate marketing endeavors.

Monday- 30-40 min in the mornings

Tuesday- Same as above

Wednesday- 30-40 min in the mornings or a few hours in the evening if I don't play badminton

Thursday- 1 hour in the morning

Friday- Full afternoon and evening provided that I don't have extra work shift, go play badminton, or have piano related things

Saturday- Same as above

Sunday- Full day unless I go play badminton

*Any other time is occupied by something and this schedule is subject to lots of changes such as piano masterclasses, badminton tournaments, personal training, and work

Now that I got that out of the way, let's talk about some progress and statistics.

Progress and Goals

Although it seems like I have made no progress at all, before my tournament (halfway through the month) I was doing pretty good. I finished the Online Entrepreneur Certification and am continuing my efforts on the Affiliate Bootcamp (currently close to the end of part 2). As for custom blogs, I read and learned a little about PHP and SQL but did not get much practice with using these tools. So for now I am continuing on learning about programming and building custom blogs.

Now for some real numbers. In this post I will focus on https://getgoodatbadminton.com/ because that is the main site that has made some progress. From the birth of this website to now, it has reached 100 users! I am also finally able to find my site under the keyword "get good at badminton" on the first page of Google! As long as I continue posting and using the tools available here at WA, I'm sure this site can get some major viewship.

As for the amount of money earned, it is $0 for affiliate commissions and $0.05 from Adsense. I figured that currently it is very difficult to monetize my site because buying badminton equipment from Amazon feels sketchy and the places that do offer great badminton products do not have affiliate programs so I'm stuck with Adsense. But I don't mind this at all really, because I have a secret way to monetize this site to gain more profit than standard affiliate marketing for the future and it's going to be secret until I pull it off.

Some basic goals for this month is to maintain consistency with my posting as well as keeping organize and productive. I want to make use of the WA Site Feedback and Comments a lot more. I've also decided that I'll give a little try in freelance writing and graphic design. Which includes some other little goals which is to create some logos and make my site more of a brand. Along with graphic design, I'll be spending whatever minutes of freetime to learn more about website design and building so I can build the two custom blogs that I've wanted for a long time.

BTW- Does anyone have any tips for productivity after I train at 5:00 AM in the morning? I constantly find myself browsing my phone after I run and stuff.
