The picture you see above is of the mango tree in my garden. I have lived here for 2 years and its never given me any fruit. But regardless I have watered it weekly in the hope that it will continue to grown and one day bear fruit.
Well over the past 2 weeks I have collected around 10 large bags of mangos. They are sweet, delicious and of course organic and as you can see I have many more still to come. The moral of ths story is plant the seed, let the roots grow, the tree branch and eventually it will bear friut. Do not stop waterting those roots!
I've posted this because It's been and up and down few weeks for me. I have seen some members here have hard times with family passing or ill health so I dont like to complain as my problems seem minor. I am usually a very fit, healthy postitive person apart from one thing and that is my back.
Around 10 years ago I prolapsed 2 discs very badly. However after an operation and lots of rehab I tend to mange it really well with yoga, a good diet and a postive frame of mind.
Until about 2 weeks ago where something inside decied to have a move around! For the last 2 weeks I have hardly been able to move. I cant sit to work, I cant stand, its been difficult to get to the bathroom! Some injections have helped and an MRI scan has shown some disc movement that I now need to try and manage afresh.
What this has meant is that in the last 2 weeks I have manged just one post on my niche site and 1 on my new site and have been worrying about whether my back will ever be ok again.
Well today I am feeling much better, in a lot less pain. The other thing that has happened in the last month is that my niche sites organic traffic has doubled. I have gone from around 70 - 80 organic visit per day to around 140-150 and despite not really trying am making regular sales with Amazon. Could it be becuase it's now hit the 6 month mark and I continue to water it?
And my new site? Well its now 2 months old and has 30 posts and is starting to get traffic. So much so that I have now have this on my WA dashboard.
Yes my first premium sign up. Just to show that here will always be ups and downs. We just have to try as best we can to focus on the positives. After all we can't change the past only the future but to do so we must keep watering those roots.
