Here's A Take-Away - The Customer Purchase Life-Cycle
It's always exciting for me to learn something new or different. It is also super exciting when I am able to discover something (i.e., information) that will allow for me to expand (or to enhance) upon a subject or topice that I'm pasionate about or even already knew about.
In this porst. I want to expand upon (briefly) something Kyle emphased on in the OEC (Online Entrepreneur Certificate) moduale. The customer being the most important or #1 most important person (or function) with any business whether it's online or offline.
"The Customer"
Ofterntimes, we place less important things in our life or business first. Not realizing that we are taking away from progress or success in life or business. We tend to seek out what we feel is the best way to approach a given situation. And all of a sudden... BAM. We hit a stone wall.
The training modules "here" at WA is teaching me NOT to look at what I want, what I think, or how I feel. But, to look out for the next person; other community members and the customer.
And, you never know what someone has experieced in their life or what they may have encoutered at the time of our processing or communicating with one another.
We tend to look at making money than to see who is the most important person in our business journey and what is best for them. "The customer".
I hope our post help you guys out there working on your business jouney in the online world of business and digtial marketing. To keep in mind that our business journey online is not about ME or you. But it's always about the customer and not ME!!! or you :)

David, it's been a very long and tedious hall for us to finally arrive at the threshold of fully understanding this business.
I am extremely thankful to WA because IF it hadn't been for them and the WA community gang filling in all the missing pieces.
HECK...
I would have been where we left off at. Lost in space without a way to return back home :)
Thank you, Dave, for the words of encouragement.
P.S.
We're now following you too. And I apologize for just now doing so.
You are right. The customer is the reason businesses exist.
We ought to treasure the customer.
As stated in the post. We oftentimes have the wrong perspective of an online business. We "think about" the money aspect of which is the end result when providing value to our potential customer(s).
Thank you very much for sharing with us :)
