Hi folks. I had card issues so my monthly WA subscription did not renew. When I renewed the other day, I didn't realise that annually instead of monthly was checked. I want
I searched it out for you. And pretty much all say the same. Kyle and carson are over the refunds. So stay in contact with either of them. Or get one of them to give you the difference from which ever premium you chose.
Hi. I did ask if they could do simply refund me the eifference and keep the $47 for this month in my first message but was advised to cancel and resubscribe.
Ok. Just know next time to pay attention to which one you click. I know i have almost click yearly several times and had to catch myself. Because the money isn't in my account ie. No yearly. Lol lol lol lol
I only have on my account what im willing to pay. Its a defense mechanism i have practice when it comes to buying anything online. Plus i use a pay card that will not allow any over drafts whats so ever it will decline the transaction. Like before. My real money will be in my chase account the money for bills or any other specific spending will be on my pay card. :)
Heard from general support. NO refund for me. I understand why and in their defense I should have double tripple checked so I guess that's it.

Hi folks. So, I've just found a keyword in Jaaxy and went to create a post. The problem is I want to use a template but when you create in this way, it simply gives you a bla
Hi Kerry - took me a while to work out what was going on :-)
If you select a keyword or several keywords in Jaxxy within WA by checking their boxes, there's an option to create a post from them. This takes you to the Site Content editor and puts the selected keywords in the body of the text for you to write around.
There's also an option to save the selected words to a Draft in Site Content for use later.
I've never used those features :-)
I tend to use the Keyword template coz I like to see the word count and header count fill up :-) The blank template you get from Jaxxy just gives you the word count but other than that, they're all the same as far as edit features go.
If there are a lot of keywords you want to use in your post, then jumping from Jaxxy to the post is a good way to do it. You can also save the keywords to a list for later use.
Oftheeriwse, if you want to us the Keyword template, save the keywords and paste them into it.

Hi Ian. Well yes but what I want to happen is that I get the choice of adding the keywords to a blank document or a template? That's what I mean. :-)
Hi Kerry -sorry but I'm not really following you. Selecting one or more keywords in Jaxxy and clicking on the Write Post Now button opens a blank documnent (not a template) in Site Content with the keywords in it.
I know. I want to be able to open a template. I'll pose that question to them once I've got my media question answered. #AccessibilityIsHardWork lol
You can't go from Jaxxy to a template, just a blank document.
Sorry for not understanding. I hope you get it sorted soon.
Always best to write in your own words.
It makes it 'Real' to the viewers when they see an article written from experience and or knowledge.
It builds trust Kerry and that's important.

You wanted to know if it was better to create an article with the template of start from scratch.
I just told you what I believe is the best way and this is based on many years experience.
