Three reasons I am happy to see October
Wow, what a great start for the month of October. I know this may not be big for some of you that have much larger successes, both monetary and being ranked, but I still feel good about it. Plus, all of us have started somewhere and we need to appreciate the start of hard work paying off.
The beginning of this month brought my first amazon affiliate payment of $31.73 AND I have jumped from five of my posts being ranked in Google to 29 of them being ranked. I have read that it may take a couple of days or a long time for Google to rank blog posts, and some of my posts have been out there for months.
What is number 3, you may ask. Well, just the simple idea that I have been able to spend more time on the Wealthy Affiliate website. I found that the new school year and coaching has claimed most of my waking hours, and I am starting to be able to free up some extra time to continue my training and writing. Although I had not cut myself off from WA, the time I was able to put in was certainly limited
So for those of you newbies, hang in there. The financial part will start slow, but you will be happy for that first payment. For WA bloggers waiting for them to be recognized by Google, just be patient. If you are applying the training from Wealthy Affiliate you will see your successes come true.
Oh, yes, #4 could also be the beauty of October in Wisconsin. Love the changing colors of the leaves.

Hello Keri, October can be pleasing but also sad. It is the first official month in the Fall, which means exactly what you said, the changing colours of the leaves. That can be spectacular, especially here in Canada. It also signals the start of the cold period and it gives notice that snow is on the way. Congratulations on your Amazon commission, that is also a signal that things are starting to happen for you. So this October is the start of your Spring.

I totally agree that although October can beautiful, that means winter is on the way. I am not as much a fan of winter as the other seasons. Stay warm up there in Canada as the cold months arrive.
