Why are my offered comments not showing up?

I recently offered 2 comments on 2 websites but they are not showing up.
They have to be approved by the site owner before being displayed. Not all comments are approved.
Mel, I would assume accepted means approved. However I am getting a few comments being accepted and not showing through the Site Comments.
Is my assumption correct and if so, what is happening?
