It should be about the people

Many people in the online business arena will tell you that
“The money is in the list.” While that’s not entirely untrue,
I happen to think that it’s just a small (but still important)
part of the picture.

I believe that the money is in the Relationship with the people
on your list. that counts most.

When you create an email list, you’re allowing a group of
people to come together in one place where they expect to
hear from you. You have a huge opportunity, even responsibility,
to provide value to them.

When someone, likes you enough to give you their email address,
you owe it to them to offer up everything you can to ensure that
they make progress, stay informed, or are entertained.

It’s not all about money and it’s not all about the numbers, either.
It is about the Relationship.

When you think about the small number of people on your list,
think about having that many people in a room to hear you speak.
They’ve all come to hear whatever you have to say.

This approach will help you craft effective emails, build trust, and
remember to treat your list with respect, they are real people.

And, if generating an income is one of your goals, you will have
many successes with this strategy.

Agree with you 100%.Be sincere in helping them and they will listen to what you have to say.

That is exactly right Roopesh.

I like that quote and your engaging post with motivating message and suggestion. Thank you.

Thank you Sheila, I believe the way you
treat the people in your online business
is very important. I hope in some way
this will help some.

Hi Ken, I agree with you. I find that developing a positive relationship with my customers keeps me motivated and focused on doing my best to offer an appropriate, relevant service. Many thanks, Sue :)

Sue, I thank you for your input.
Have a great weekend.

i have learned from your speach.

Salma, that is my goal, to help guide others.

Hi, Ken, I agree with you on this...Having a list does nothing for your business if you do not have that relationship. As Kyle and Carson show continuously, it is the service you provide and the trustworthy position you grow over time that allows the list to make you money...Although money is important as it is for any business, that will come naturally as a part of that relationship...Good insight, thanks for sharing! Cheers! Dave : )

Thank you Dave, This is from lessons learned.
You do not need a large list, just a responsive list.
That is why the relationship is so important.
Build the Know, Like and Trust.

I really and totally agree! Thanks for sharing.

Thank you Louisa.

We'll said. Thank you

Thank you Catha, I try to enlighten.

Excellent post, Ken. Well said, my friend!

Thanks Mike I appreciate your comment.
To me it is all about the teaching Mike.
Educated marketers are the best by far.

Well said, there are times I`ve had to unsubscribe from email lists because I realize some only care about making sales, where every single email they send is to sell me something.

Roamy, That is what I too unsubscribe from.
That is not marketing at all, that is pushy
sales at it's worst.

I agree! If you can form a relationship with your list, that is so much more powerful than just having a list. I like the thought of thinking about a small group of people and just speaking to them.

Thank you Marlena, it really works.
I have used it for years.
