Foretelling a website
A Foretelling!
When I wrote my first blog post Kathy and I had not decided on our niche yet. The term Moans and Groans actually foretold of what our first website would be. I have suffered with lower back pain for years and yes I have moaned, groaned and even cried out from the pain.
My pain was a culmination of several factors. I blame one of the factors on playing basketball for so many years in Chuck Taylor All-Stars. It was the best we had but no cushion at all. I kept up the grind after the first Nike basketball shoe was available. It didn't help either when my back popped while pulling a trolley of chairs our from underneath a stage.
Jump ahead 31 years later and here I am writing a blog on WA about my aches and pains. Our first website is still under construction. It will consist of blogs, research and products related to helping relieve some of the pains that the workforce suffers from on a daily basis.
It's crazy to think that an attempt at writing a blog about my work history and the cast of crazy characters that I have met along the way could lead us to our niche and first website.

So many suffer with back pain for various reasons it would be nice to come across a cure.

I feel your pain...I worked in law enforcement for 23 years wearing a heavy duty belt and a bulletproof vest. Now, I have constant back pain to show for it. I had an epidural shot this June. It helped for about 6 weeks.....actually physical therapy was the most effective treatment. I have degenerative disk disease and arthritis. No fun this back pain. Good luck with your site.
Yes I know what you are going though. I must have had at least 15 injections in my back over the years. Generally have good results. Had an injection in my neck about a month ago and it lasted a week. I have 4 degenerative discs between my lumbar and cervical area. Not fun. Hang in there.

Hi Kirk, your blog was great. I suffer from chronic pain. It would be nice to find something non- narcotic. I found one grammar mistake. You wrote helping relieving instead of relieve. Much success, Sandra
My wife also suffers from chronic back pain mine is not as bad as hers. I will make the grammar change. Thank you for the feedback.
Done.
