Hope everyone is enjoying a beautiful, relaxing, fun-filled weekend... here it is already Sunday, July 29, 2018. . . .and yes, it's really 2018!
It's unbelievable of how quickly this year has flown and we're in mid-summer.
Just a quick note to say hello to everyone as I was simply wondering what makes Sundays special for you?
How do you enjoy your Sundays?
For us, it is a better paced day and less commercial as most retail outlets aren't open until 11 or 12 or even closed. On occasional Sundays, we do enjoy the local farmers' market where there are over 100+ vendors showcasing organic veggies, fruits, gluten-free, homemade dips, handicrafts, chocolate, and even liqueurs. The best part is being offered 'tasties' or samples to take home... :)
All in all, strive for a more relaxed day and the most enjoyable Sundays are the 'do nothing' ones. A friend sometime ago, would host such a Sunday event just for the fun of it -- a total 'hang-out' do nothing day. Perhaps that's an idea to think about for you to enjoy?

The main reason I’m doing this...to finally have a do-nothing day to relax...especially on a Sunday. Great post...even though I was at work...you made feel like I was relaxing.

We have a local market here on Saturdays which wonderful with lots of yummy produce and all sorts of delicious treats.
Sunday- today was a day of helping people here at WA. going for a drive and settling in for the evening because the bad weather has hit again
Still cold is good as it makes me want to write more
