Just a Thought While Working & Studying the WA Training

You know, a funny thing happens while one is working away at the WA training & building a website -- thoughts pop up! ... Yes, pop-up thoughts out of nowhere!

Just today, I thought about some mentoring I received so long ago and remembered that the career coach imparted there are four main types of what I would coin 'worker bee types.'

Four Mains

My mentor outlined that four main types of personal approaches can be found in the workplace. A person could be considered an analyst, a producer, a friendly, or a visionary or possibly a combination thereof. Within each of these four kinds of worker bees, of course, there would be a number of characteristics defining each of the four types much too extensive to discuss here, however, just the word alone should give everyone a pretty good idea of the significance behind each one. Think about which one you might be -- insight into oneself is also a life learning project, isn't it?

Need All Kinds

Simply to say that we need all kinds of varying personal approaches to any given task, or project or initiative at hand. I find that the WA training platform is ingeniously designed and allows for all different kinds of approaches to learning. It has been observed that butterflies flutter freely and are so beautiful as they spread their wings out of their cocoons. It feels like that most days here at WA -- the absolute beauty of the tools given to learn and to do in building a viable business (or two or three or perhaps more) . . . quite a number of members have worked diligently to create many streams of revenue through the construction and maintenance of websites, blogging interesting & diverse niches, writing up discerning reviews of products, and so forth... Amazing efforts! ...
