So one of my sites had adsense and it suddenly had traffic I was so excited. Then one day I tried to sign in and it said account disabled. I got an email a few days later sayi
This has happened to the best of us and at some point Google will do what Google wants.
That surge was them sending bots to your site to check your site out. They did that to me and disabled my account with $800+ in it.
It hurt because I worked really hard at that site. I was also sending traffic to it via PPC and some times bots do click on ads.
What to do now?
Go to plan B. Look in your niche for Affiliate products and monitize your site that way. Were you making a lot of money from AdSense?
What's the point of blogging?
If your goal was to only monitize your blog with AdSense then your setting up yourself to fail.
You must diversify. Remember, these companies can turn off their affiliate program anytime. It's best to have a backup plan.
Remember, you are an entrepreneur and when obstacles arise we find a way to over come.
Remain positive. I know it hurts now because it's raw and fresh.
Remain encourage and stay the course!
In the log run your blog is where the money will come from.
In my opinion adsense is useless unless you want to slow your site down.
If you're site is getting thousands of clicks a week it might pay off but your own affiliate ads would pay a lot better.
Lot's of people including me don't like seeing a bunch of adsense ads on a site. If I see a lot I go to a different site.
I fired adsense instead of them firing me.
I am new at blogging but the few personal friends I have only monetize through adsense so I assumed that was the only reason to blog. Now I am interested in how to monetize with other things.

Hi - this is what they say about invalid traffic.
"Invalid traffic includes, but is not limited to:
Clicks or impressions generated by publishers clicking their own live ads
Repeated ad clicks or impressions generated by one or more users
Publishers encouraging clicks on their ads (examples may include: any language encouraging users to click on ads, ad implementations that may cause a high volume of accidental clicks, etc.)
Automated clicking tools or traffic sources, robots or other deceptive software"
To be honest, AdSense pays very little unless you have a massive volume of daily traffic, and it can slow your site down.
Your affiliate programs are a much better option.
Mine had made $66.98 and I was super excited and then they did this. I have a friend that brings in 10k a month on one site on adsense.
I guess I will keep doing the trainings and learn how to do the affiliate portion.
Hi - that's quite impressive. I presume you have another site other than the one mentioned on your profile page, as that one would be too new to attract that kind of money.
Could some of your friends have been clicking on the ads thinking they were helping you? Anyway, you can't take it any further, so, as you say, you now need to concentrate on affiliate programs instead.
My loading speed skyrocketed to the mid-high 90s after removing adsense which made it so worthwhile
Usually invalid traffic is that from traffic exchanges where your visitor is not intent on visiting your site with the exception of gaining a credit to have their own site seen. I had that issue about 10 years ago and they freed the account after like a year and a half. Best bet is find another alternative and make sure your site is not being shown in low quality advertising.

I tried to add woocommerce and it auto downloaded jetpack which wouldn't activate. Can anybody help guide me which woocommerce plugin they use? I really need to get this up and

Once you have looked it up in your plugin manager.
Click the More Details (highlighted in yellow to check out their recommendations.
I did not install Jetpack and I am not missing it.
So I would not worry about it.
I seem to remember that some folks do not recommend installing Jetpack, so I did not. You can always remove it if you choose and or leave it there until you make a decision.
There are some woocommerce trainings available here in WA and online.
Good luck.
Jetpack won't work here on WA hosting. It's just as well, as it will slow your site.
