I Did It!!!

My first post is officially up on the new blog. I am so excited that I finally took the leap and hit that publish button. I have been announcing for a few days that I was launching the blog and already have 50 likers on the blogs Facebook page. I also have a club page set up for those that want insider views of the blog before the public sees it and I plan to go live and chat with my audience there.

Your Mindset Needs to Shift

I want to mention that if you are stuck and need the courage to put the words on that screen and push publish. You must first work on your mindset and free yourself of the worry of rejection. I was so worried everybody would tell me how horrible my posts where and how I wasn't making an impact. I am a mindfulness coach and I decided after posting a few times and asking for encouragement from y'all. I dived into my mindfulness and made some changes. I decided that I don't give a flying care about who doesn't like me. If I only impact one persons life that is all I am here to do.

I want to throw a huge shout out to the WA Community for being there and helping me create my dream. I was so skeptical and found this community while searching blog info on pinterest but so far its the best decision of my life and blogging career!!!
