Just wanted to check in how is everyone's anxiety doing today? 
I have been using my mindfulness training to do a few things everyday to keep me grounded. I thought I would share with you!
Every morning write 3 things you are thankful for. These are things you currently have. Like your kids, health and home etc.
The write 3 things your are grateful for today. These are things you want for the future. Things like a new car, world health and etc.
Then every night you redo the list and review your morning list. This will clear your mind and remind you all the beautiful things you have and are creating for you future. Allowing your mind to go to sleep and get the much needed rest y'all need.
