I had an "update button" issue on a page that had exceeded 20K words.
I could no longer take away content, I could only add more content.
It had become locked.
Are you aware of any "Maximum Use Of Limits" here at WA?
Perhaps the amount of media files that you use has come to its limit.
I went to 20K words on a page.
Support saw it as open and they could use my update button.
I could not.

Hi Karen, it is essential to know which area you are talking about. If it is the add media button in site content, or in your word press dashboard.
I would follow what Emak mentions. Also you may want to try a different browser.
