What is it????
I found something that I think we ALL can benefit from, even if you've been here for a while. I think that we all are on a personal growth mission within this community. So, I am going to take action and share with you "The 5 Second Rule" by Mel Robbins.
I got the audio book as I am not a strong reader, we live in our RV with no space to store any more books, and I have constant interruptions with a little one. So, I can listen at night when the house is quiet and I'm awake.
JUST listening to this book has made me feel better!
In this COVID-19 experience that we are all sharing, being restrained to home, thinking about friends and families, hoping that we figure out how to get back to "normal" I think that this book and method WILL help you in the place that YOU are at!
